For the level of income is that weekly, monthly, or yearly? because usually when you ask that question it's yearly but those amounts are too low. Also College and University is the same thing.

In other countries there is a distinction between college and uni - the latter being more prestigious. I digress though - I'm not a fan of this questionnaire because there is no IRB statement nor any contact information should you want to aks questions.
Please do not complete this form unless you feel 100% confident that the information you are providing will cause you no harm. In the United States studies are conducted under strict review from IRB and in accordance with the governing body/granting institution to ensure the physical and psychological safety of subjects. This study lacks the required statements of intent (briefing), consent and/or assent, and (thought I'm not certain) debriefing.

I was wondering about that as well. Different countries have different review polices for ethics on these sorts of studies, so it may well be in the clear. In any case, I'll add a note to the OP concerning this.
