[Resolved] Ban Appeal

Thank you for your appeal. After reviewing the details of your appeal, we have decided to unban you due to the initial minor infraction of the ban and the time served. However, this comes at the caveat of you retaining a permanent communications block on your account and a mutual understanding that you are inexcusably aware of the rules, and that your permanent ban will be re-instated should you resume violating our rules. This includes filing false reports out of anger.
