I think I got the format for the appeal right this time... (sorry about the previous post). So, your Brown Hat Rule is for general assholery, and now I'm even more confused because apparently this ban took place today and I played for maybe an hour. I don't recall using voice chat or text chat, so if I could get an explanation for the ban at the very least, I'd sure appreciate it, cuz I don't recall seeing an admin say anything to me. You guys are the best servers for TF2C by far, and half of this community knows who I am anyway. I can't think of anyone that wants me banned.

The only thing I can think of is switching teams to a team that was down a couple players, maybe, or switching servers to find more VIP mode, but that can't possibly be a ban-able offense.

So sorry, completely lost this in the flood of appeals we've been having as well as reviewing the history behind your ban to get a full picture.
After reviewing the details, we've decided to reject your appeal. You were specifically banned for saying a slur to another other at the end of a match. While this would not normally elicit a 2 week ban, this combined with your 5 previous silences, report abuse, hlstats ban, and general toxicity warranted skipping the typical first level of escalation since it can be well assumed that you are aware of the rules to the point that you intentionally break them and then report yourself for doing so. Since the ban was justified and not in error, your appeal is denied. Please note that continued behavior of this nature will count as a third infraction, and thus a perm ban.

I'm again very sorry it took this long to get to your appeal, I agree that it was unacceptable and fucked up personally on this.
