Hello, I don't recall what I said to cause this ban. Could you please provide me with the Chat logs? In any case, suffice to say, it wasn't my intention or desire to insult nor harras anyone; if I did so, it was purely accidental and a mistake. I would like to ask for my ban to be changed to a temporary ban on the basis that I've never given a reason to be banned before, and that any harm I caused was unintentional.

Upon reviewing your case, your appeal has been rejected. You were initially muted by another moderator for one hour for being shitty and transphobic to a woman on mic under the assumption that she was transgender, referring to her as a man and using a "fake voice." You then proceeded to do the exact same thing to the exact same player two days later, after you had already been muted for this before and should have known very clearly that what you were doing was wrong and against our rules. You also left immediately upon seeing a staff member join the server, very likely in an attempt to avoid punishment. We have zero tolerance for bigotry in our community, but you took this even further by harassing this same user more than once, which brings this to the territory of personal harassment and is an immediate permanent ban.

No hate speech or harassment is allowed. This includes (but is not limited to) racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, bullying, and use of racial, ethnic, and anti-LGBT slurs. Likewise, glorification of nazis, or use of nazi imagery and symbols, is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.

• Clarification on this rule from the addendum in post #3, below:
  Anyone caught harassing another player on our servers on basis of race, sex, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexuality will be permanently banned. Appeals for this kind of ban will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Your ban will remain in place, and you will be eligible to appeal again one year from the date of your initial ban, on April 26th, 2027. Any attempts to circumvent this will result in immediate rejection of any future appeals. Please use your time during this ban to educate yourself and grow as a person. It will genuinely improve your quality of life overall and you will be a much happier person as a result once you stop needlessly attacking others.
