Additional Comments: i was really confused with this ban, and i still am. The only thing i can assume and guess was the reason is my in game name, which translates to "Moscow doesn't exist",,,, and its a silly nonsensical claim. I also think the reasoning would be "inappropriate nickname" in that case, but it isnt. My spray was grayscale anime girl with eye patch and the text "hop on tf2". I don't think i could've talked about something like this in chat too, because I'm ideologically opposed to everything related to war in Ukraine. If i found out that reason i will take full accountability

On review it looks like the initial ban was filed for a combination of complaints about toxicity in chat as well as use of "Z" in chat which is often used as pro-war symbolism and that's something we've definitely had issues with in the past both in chat, sprays, etc.

Given both the age of the ban and the relatively isolated nature of the chat messages attached to the ticket, as well as no other infractions on record I have adjusted your ban duration to something more in between a first or second infraction instead of a permanent ban.

This change should be effective immediately; thanks for your patience.
