If you don't know why you were banned, you probably broke one of our server rules. Most bans are temporary except in the case of gross violations or repeated infractions. -
We're aware of issues with delays or non-recording of HLStats events. We've traced them to an unknown delay in events being transmitted from the server to the HLStatsX:CE backend. The investigation is ongoing. ~VintagePC

This is not in the proper formatting of an appeal. You have to say when the incident happened. I know this is a joke but at least make it look as though it's real.
That's because this isn't an appeal, it's a problem player report.
Thank you for your report. After reviewing the evidence, it seems like they haven't been online since their two week ban, even though it's expired, meaning this has all been handled about 3-4 weeks ago.
