Additional Comments: I got banned without warning for having a naked anime girl spray. I didn't think it would be a big deal since I often saw other people spray furry porn without consequences. If an admin simply told me I had to change my spray then I would have. Sorry for the inconvenience.

According to our records, you received an instant permanent ban because your spray broke one or both of these rules:
  • Sprays that involve the sexualization of minors (or characters that a reasonable person could consider a minor - e.g. Lolicon) will be met with a permanent ban with no chance for appeal.

  • Other sprays/imagery that are illegal in the jurisdictions where our servers reside will be similarly met with a permanent ban, and may be referred to authorities if the situation warrants it.
While Loli may not be illegal in the US where you appear to reside, it most *definitely* is in the jurisdictions where our servers are located, and therefore we have a zero-tolerance policy for anything remotely close to this sort of content.

I'm not going to get into a debate or issue a ruling whether the characters in question are or are not underage; the fact that at least one staff member considers the characters such and issued the ban plants it firmly in an area the senior staff have no desire to tread - and that is enough for me to rule the ban as justified per our policies.

Wow, I posted an anime girl but it sure as hell wasn't that. It wasn't even sexual. I'm pretty sure that the person who banned me just didn't like me and he doesn't seem to be admin anymore. I had no intention of breaking any rules.
 
The ban was not originally made without several people reviewing the spray and agreeing it was pretty clearly something well outside the usual definition of adult imagery and into territory we were not comfortable with.

If you still disagree with my decision, the only recourse I can offer you is that I will:

a) see if the original VTF is still present on the server from when the ban was issued, and
b) ask one of our community managers for an independent review of your appeal. Their ruling will be final.
