Let us take a moment to reflect on this thread, best thread ever (at least until we start a bacon thread)!
 
A heads up to everyone who keeps posting porn. The way websites and pornography works is that if you host porno, you also have to put up a banner that asks if you're old enough or not (its a legal loophole for shifting responsibility back to the person and off the website). Or you have to be registered as a sexual website, and then you can get away with having the porn section be a feature you turn on with account (example: reddit/r/gonewild), but is otherwise hidden to everyone. There may be a 3rd option that I'm currently too high to actually know about.

We are not registered in either of those ways. This means that when you post pornography here. You are placing Richard at risk legally for potential charges that would read as: "distributing pornography to minors", hell add the fact that its probably not even the same state and now it sounds legally possible to make it a felony because he did this across state lines. All it takes is one middle aged housewife with way too much free time that catches her 12 year old furiously punishing his genitals to material hosted on our servers that he was freely given, to sue Reechard into the ground. (and trust me america has a LOT of women that fit that stereotype. lets not chance it guys)

Yall's damn lucky Richard is asking nicely.

I think that we need a boobs thread for boobs. If butts are still in the picture, clothed or PG 13 boobies sound ok.

Basically... They have to have clothes on in some fashion... Posting completely nude women can open up a can of worms. So lingerie, bathing suits, thongs = all good. Nude = nogo

It's an interesting scenario because there are also other factors to consider - our TOS states that such content is against our rules, and we do not moderate posts actively (i.e. before they go public). Thus, you also have to consider whether offending content was complained about before it was reported and inside of a reasonable timeframe for manual removal.
Then there's the line between nudity as art and porn.

Not intimately familiar with US law, but those things would all turn a legal battle into a nightmare. If people want to continue to post questionable content, this thread will be moved to the supporters-only forum, and as much as we may like/know the offender, because of the potential clusterf*ck, we will need to deal with people posting such content in the public areas appropriately.
 
It's even more complicated than that :-/.... I'm going by TV censor guides, but it's like, no genitalia and no nipples. If a woman is nekkid but only cheeks are showing, nobody cares, but if she bends forwards just a wee bit and we get a peek of bearded clam, in pops the legality. I wouldn't mind a thread for sideboob, but we can't have nipples or I can get thrown in jail.

I really wish I didn't have to give a shit, but if we wanted to do something like that we'd need to make the TOS say that it's an 18+ site, and the forum couldn't be viewable without either clicking that you're 18 or logging in. That wouldn't help us get any new traffic or random new members... It would also create a whole new mess of issues for us. I'd be legally obligated to ban people I knew were under 18.
