Can't get TF2C on my library

Hello.
I followed the tutorial here to install TF2C and it doesen't seem to appear on my library.
I've downloaded 1.9.0 Full and i'm on the latest version of the Source SDK and Steam client.
Thanks in advice.

Have you opt into beta for the Source SDK 2013 Multiplayer base?

Yes it's selected. (on the "upcoming" beta)

do you have source sdk and tf2c installed on the same hard drive as steam?

Did you restart steam?

Well, my games are on the D drive (specified in steam) and the client is in C.

That's why it's not showing in your Library. Give this a read/try.

I used the NTFS Junction metod that i've found here: http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/115161/how-can-i-get-steam-to-recognise-black-mesa-when-installed-on-another-partition. It appears to work!
