Connecting Pc To A Tv In Another Room?

I was wondering if any of you smart people know of a way to connect my pc to my tv in another room without having to move the PC. See it would be nice to be able to play games or watch videos etc through the TV without having to move the PC around the house.

So I guess I would need a way to send the video, sound, control mouse and keyboard without any lag.

Any ideas?

This might work well for you, along with a wireless keyboard/mouse combo. Not sure if there's anything that natively transmits input signals along with video and audio.
