Decal Tool

Just got a random drop of a conscientious objector, and I am wondering how the decal tool works, I heard a picture has to be 500x500, but if i try to put a different size on will it be shrunken, stretched, or cut off? Also any good picture ideas (as much as i would love to beat people with a giant penis on a stick the sensible side of me is going to veto that).

I think it might change the size of the image to fit the 500x500 size. And I use the koolaid man personally
