[2.0.0 Beta 1] Error when installing TF2C (After master server bugfix)

Sooo... i deleted TF2C a while back, during the server bug. Now that it's fixed, i've redownloaded it, bit it came up with an error about missing a prop or somthing. Here:
"Unable to load surface prop file 'scripts/purfaceproperties.txt' (Referenced by manifest file 'scripts/purfaceproperties_manifest.txt')
Not sure, but its about missing a properties file or something. I'd like to know what this is. Is it a recent bug? Would it not have downloaded or copied properly? Someone help please i REALLY WANT TO PLAY THIS
