Extracted with winzip, installed SSDKBASE2013M, and restarted Steam, still nothing,

I extracted it into the sourcemods folder, inside SteamApps, same drive, and still not showing up.
I used 7zip.

1. You need to upload your image somewhere (imgur/gyazo/whatever). The path to the picture on your hard drive is not enough (we can't see it).
2. Is the client.dll in "your_steam_dir\SteamApps\sourcemods\tf2classic\bin\"?
3. Are you looking in Steam for all Games?

i need too and put it as upcoming and it was the 2.0 cilent i used why isnt this working?
