FTB issue

Ok I've been asking everyone on the server and on teamspeak and can't get an answer. Basically the recipe area in the UI is completely missing, no search area or pages of items. I'm trying to figure out if something was changed on the server or if its a bug or even if I somehow disabled it. Can anyone help me out here?

Did you trying hitting O. I assume you mean nei isnt displaying and thats the enable/disable key for it.

That was it thanks kinda curious as to why its not listed under controls though

It is shown under controls its just in the controls in the NEI options panel.
