I would enjoy adding those too as we've run them in the past - however if memory serves both of those plugins depend on TF2Items which will not work in TF2C because of its completely overhauled internal item management system.
That said, if you're aware of versions of these plugins that work with TF2C I would definitely be willing to look into it as those are some of the tf2 gamemodes I enjoyed most!

It's also worth mentioning that a future teased gamemode for TF2C is named overpowered and it's very similar to the basic idea behind VSH. There's no telling when it will be released but I'm aware it's on the TF2c devs roadmap.
