I have never used gmg, do they provide a key that could be linked to Steam, or do you have to use their dl service?

Depends on the game. If it's a Steamworks game then they'll email you a key, if not you use their client.

only 1 bad thing about gmg is the sneaky free game give aways that i always seem to miss with 1 day and the fact that i already own all the games they want to put up on sale D: i hope they release some more games before the 25% discount key is gone

GMG is a great site. I have used them multiple times to buy games for dirt cheap. Since they run deals constantly it seems that Steam runs similar deals at the same time. Yay competition!

Now that I know Doom 3: BFG edition is cheaper via GMG than steam, I pulled on it. $11.25 total from GMG. Flash sale from steam at $15
