Tall guy problems:
Everyone asks you to reach every single thing
Getting up off the floor makes you feel like an old man (Shit, I still have 5 more feet to rise up?)
bumping your head into ceiling lights around the house
Forget buying pants anywhere except Big and Tall or the Internet
Only way to fit in the back seat of a small car is to have a short person in front of you.
You didn't post how tall you are.
Also: Can't wear baseball caps because they obstruct the view of stuff that you're going to smack with your head
6'6" is rather infuriating, but requires a slight explanation;
The average door is 6'8" tall. This does not include the 1/2" of trim that goes all around the door to cover up the cracks so you can't peep through it. This leaves a 6'7.5" opening. The upswing of my gait, while walking, must put me just around 6'7.50375" tall. This means if I don't duck through every door, I run the risk of, not banging, not hitting, but scraping the top of my scalp violently on the trim around the door. This is much less pleasant than it sounds. I'd rather walk head-on into a light fixture or get a solid whap in the forehead by something than scrape the top of my head anymore.
Back seats of cars? I have to go custom shopping for cars based on what I can fit in to DRIVE. We have a PT Cruiser because it has a distinct lack of dashboard plastic. We didn't even get to test drive a lot of other cars because I got in it and felt like I'd need the jaws of life to get out because of the *STUPID* amount of plastic they wrap the entire driver's seat in. I can't even drive most regular-cab trucks because the cab is just too bloody short.
The "Big and Tall" moniker is also a blatant falsehood. The sign should say "Big *OR* Tall". They don't carry my size. I'm a large person as well as being tall. I wear a size 56 Xlong suit jacket, and size 42x36 jeans. If I go to big&tall, they'll have plenty of size 58x30 for the big fat people, and plenty of size 32x36 for the tall skinny string-bean assholes, but if you're a tall guy who is also approximately proportionally normal to everyone else.... forget about it.
