Monthly tabletop night... Dates/times?

So there's been some interest in a monthly tabletop night. I'm making this thread to scout out what days/times might work well for people. We'll post in the events section so folks can RSVP ahead of time. We'll try to give at least two weeks notice, but probably more.

We'll be doing single-shot games, so anyone can drop in/out (pursuant to player limits) each night. We'll rotate games so that it's not always same-old same old, and as such, all we'd ask is that you come in having read the rules to speed things along a bit - but experience won't be considered a must.

Ones we've done in the past and that were a lot of fun, are Cards Against Humanity, and Carcassonne.

Secret Hitler is of interest and I'd like to do that one as the first night (Requires copy of TableTop Simulator for the mod).

General interest/comments/feedback welcome - but if you're interested in partaking please post some days of the week that work well for you. That way we can host it the night with the most folks available.
 
I second Betrayal. Also Resistance, and anything by Steve Jackson. I'd be down.
 
secret Hitler is top 10 on TTS most downloaded mods. I've loved everything Steve Jackson I've played as well. they also have munchkins which is fun and a simpler game.

Munchkins and simple do not belong in the same sentence. You must have been playing munchkins with the wrong crowd, that game endorses cheating and it turns into a cluster fuck when everyone is stuck at level 9.
 
Yeah the first dozen times we had game night we'd play something quick and then start "a quick game of Munchkin".... 3 hours later and everyone wants to kill each other. We stopped using that phrase.
 
Have we considered buying a copy of that table top simulator for the VF4 Steam account? So that you can invite different people on a rotating basis?

I don't think it works that way... FG has an ultimate license that lets demo players connect for full content, TTS needs everyone to have a paid copy.

I was figuring that if that account had a copy we could invite trusted vaultings who, don't have a copy, to play once in awhile by giving them access to that account so they could play once or twice before paying for there own copy if they so choose. Maybe require 2 or 3 other members to vouch for them or something. Like say we wanted to invite lumberjack/insanity/iceh/or oceans-son and they didn't own a copy.

Just a thought.

so nobody seems to have tossed out any days that work well... Last week of the month, I'm thinking.
 
Weekends or Monday nights would be best for me. Can't do Tue/Thursday cause of work. Wed/Fri doable but not preferable.
 
I will try to make what I can with the kid coming and working on the house. Just pick whatever days work for you and I will do what I can to make it
 
Was ridiculous fun. Nominations for next week's game? We'll have a poll starting on Wednesday.
