We don't automatically lift any permanent bans. They must explicitly be appealed. Furthermore, you failed to follow the instructions in your prior appeal where you were directed to make a new appeal thread with the appropriate formatting.
If you edit your original message in this thread with all the required information including your steam ID in STEAM_0: format then we'll proceed from there. We're more than happy to help you but it does require a little bit of effort on your part to follow our formats and processes so that we can have a uniform and easily searched collection of threads on both bans issued and relevant appeals.
