General: As you make your way around Wati, you hear rumor's that Valery from the Scorched Hand is buying drinks at the Tooth and Hookah for any adventurers who went into the Necropolis. It seems a large number of people are taking her up on her offer and will be exchanging stories of what they found today.
Orin: As you walk around the marketplace you see several shops carrying daggers, at the first shop the merchant eye's the scarf on your forehead and the spots of blood slowly seeping through and turns you away. A few stalls down a half-drunk shopkeeper prepares to sell you the dagger for 2gp when a Dwarf walks up to you and says "I think what you need more than a knife is discretion, get to Getwahb's Tarworks down in the veins if your interested. Old Getwahb is in the import/export business if you catch my meaning." It is widely known that Getwahb Zet (N, Male, dwarf, expert) owns Getwahb's Tarworks, which is the largest structure in the veins. However even though his building is at the docks his business officially process's wood into tar, charcoal, and wood alcohol, which actually has very little to do with import/export. Getwahb is known as the richest person in Wati.
Idessa: At the Grand Mausoleum you see a great many artifacts that have been "seized" by the Church of Pharasma. In reality you own experience tells you that most of the artifacts were blackmailed out of the hands of those who found them. Septi the Crocodile is overseeing the inventory of these items, and tells you to her dismay "There simply isn't enough money in Wati right now to sell even what we have, soon the merchants will start paying less for these things. I would advise you to sell what you can quickly, before the merchants run out of money. I have sent word out to the richest collectors in Osirion that we will have an auction to try and get full price for these artifacts. I will send word of the ancient records you possess, I believe I know a few collectors who would be looking to buy. The auction won't be for at least a week however, so it may be best to hold onto those."
You are able to track down a few homes for sale. In Bargetown, you can talk a man out of his barge for about 10gp, though a barge is little more than a floating raft with a lean-to at one end and provides no security. In Asp there are a couple actual homes for rent, a small one bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living area close to the Midwife runs 100gp a month, including furnishings. While a nicer home closer to the Morning Sun would run 500gp a month, it includes 3 bedrooms, furnishings and an indoor well.
Other Business: Sol believes his schedule is now more conducive to his not falling asleep during sessions and will be joining us. Vintage is also working on a character sheet and can join us as soon as he likes. Given how rough the first tomb was, perhaps 6 is a better number to adventure with, and we will play so long as 4 show up.
