Its back to not being connected at all. I'm about to just kick this damn thing. Theres NOTHING wrong with it

Sounds like a problem with your ISP/internet connection. Did your comms box or local exchange get flooded?

I'd agree with you if the laptops were having the same issue. But hey, I got another piece of the puzzle for you.

So, if I go turn my router off, reset it, whatever, when my connection "comes back", I have NO internet at all and the freezing/stuttering crap returns.

If I completely shut my pc down and turn it back on...same issue. No internet at all, freezing/stuttering.

HOWEVER, if I RESTART the pc, my internet returns (.10-.30 max) with no freezing/stuttering.

Yeah. How fucked up is my pc?

Hm, sounds like one of "those" problems. they're a bitch to diagnose without actually being there. There's GOT to be a reason for it.

Yeah, my PC hates me. =( Attempting to get this nice paying job so that I can just make a new computer from scratch. I'll just sell this one for like $100. Don't tell him though, he might get upset.=P

Is it at all possible that your network card is just shot?

So, my card must be just stupid.

make sure you don't have the same IP address as another machine on your network. IP conflicts can cause crap like that, though Windows should yell at you with something like IP ALREADY IN USE ON NETWORK or something like that.

Well. Restarted my pc again a couple hours ago. Everything is normal. Internet speed allowed me to play Smite. I...don't even know what the fuck is going on anymore.

So, for future reference for myself if I get flooded again and this shit happens all over again...WAIT IT OUT! Apparently time fixes internet.

I really don't know what else to think. No viruses. Simply...my PC was off for around 30 hours, so my PC retaliated and didn't work correctly for a few days. That...must be it. ^_^
