[Resolved] Plaintext MOTD?

Hey.
Many users disable HTML MOTDs in source engine games due to security concerns and the increased use of resources. If you join a VaultF4 TF2C server with HTML MOTDs disabled, you get the generic welcome with a list of maps - nothing detailing the server chain, rules, etc.

I think it'd be worth also providing a plaintext MOTD with a brief overview of the rules for those who disable HTML MOTDs.
