Remove Crits from Melee

Unfortunately this request is one where I already know the answer without asking - we previously had all random crits disabled, and were asked by the dev team to explicitly enable them for melee.
 
It was a while ago but if memory serves, part of the intent was to make melee more enticing/viable.
 
Melee already does 65 damage, either way TF2 is a First Person shooter, not a medieval game and it is extremely aggravating to be melee crit sniped by a sniper because of janky hitreg and the fact that even if they are out of position they have iirc a 60% chance at max to be rewarded for it. I get TF2c is a casual game and there is inevitable bullshit involved but melee crits just make it worse. If they wont let you guys change it thats understandable albeit still annoying.

Also while its more hypothetical since it was apparently a thing in beta 4 iirc they buffed crit chances in that build and idk if they reverted it and if it wasn't that is soooo annoying lol
