TF2C and especially VaultF4 server are not inherently 18+ nor have they ever been, anyone is welcome to enjoy and play the game however they like as long as they're not breaking the rules of whatever server they are playing in, being a minor is not a reason to chastize someone for playing a game. The only thing you achieved was making the space shittier and less welcoming for a big part of the community.

as for the game itself I'll just comment that yeah, while it's _technically_ rated mature... the reality is a lot of under-18s play it anyway. to the point that we literally had to make a requirement in staff applications that you must be over 18 to apply.

What you did was the equivalent of walking up to a random kid having fun in a videogame as a complete stranger and going like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE I'M TRYING TO PROTECT YOU BUT ALSO FUCK YOU I HATE YOU YOU'RE AN IDIOT" and that was honestly weird and embarrassing to see.

@VintagePC Also yeah 'cause you're also exposed to a lot of nasty shit as a mod so being 18+ is kind of a must. I still think about some of the stuff in the spray log sometimes.
