Ah yeah, finally went through. Got like 3 different bullshit answers from the company as to when it would be upgraded.

Still low upload, same as before.

Better place for speed tests http://testmy.net/ because you can pick a download and upload size to test which gives a more accurate result since many other sites use a very small file size and a lot of carriers have speeds that taper off over time.
