Well, if the psyker was drunk or possessed maybe, warp travel is generally more reliable than those extremes. And I'm not sure if it's fair to bring 40k into this, as by default it will outdo anything 100x over.

Battlebarges are about 6-8 kilometers long, and are crewed by about one million individuals. So yea alot bigger.
