[TF2C] TF2 Classified 3.0.8 Update Released

An update to Team Fortress 2 Classified has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2 Classified. The major changes include:


General Changes


  • Fixed an issue where the Huntsman could not charge while jumping (#751)


  • Fixed an issue where the Rejuvenator and Shock Therapy bypassed players' overheal modifiers


  • Fixed an issue where the Rejuvenator would not apply assists when healing or ÜberCharging


  • Fixed an issue where the Harvester would heal off of dead players after a round restart (#80)


  • Fixed an issue where beta-style muzzle flashes would render through walls (#27)


  • Fixed an issue where Dispensers would play their sound multiple times when touched by a player


  • Fixed an issue where the Twin Barrel's knockback vulnerability persisted after landing on the ground (#775)


  • Fixed issue where Mines would roll when being airblasted (#33)


  • Added foolishness


Custom Weapons


  • Added [c]mod_always_draw_tracer_effect[/c] and [c]mod_never_draw_tracer_effect[/c]


  • Added [c]mod_set_banner_cond[/c]


  • Added [c]mod_set_banner_flag_model[/c]


  • Added [c]custom_banner_sound[/c]


  • Added [c]banner_effect[/c]

    • Allows for custom banner particles

  • Added [c]generator_sticks_to_walls[/c]

    • Allows Rejuvenator Über generators to stick to walls

  • Fixed issue where custom sound fallbacks would not respect the "visuals" tag


  • Fixed MvM explosive Sniper shot upgrade not appearing in the Upgrade Station


  • Fixed issue where [c]or_minicrit_vs_playercond_burning[/c] would not work while jumping


  • Fixed cannonballs not bouncing off of Yellow/Green team players


  • Fixed Shortstop shove not working with Yellow/Green team players


  • Fixed issue where certain custom Sentry projectiles were crit boosted


  • Fixed issue where [c]mod_launches_ball[/c] did not work with custom projectile models


  • Fixed issue where [c]mod_launches_ball[/c] did not deplete the correct ammo type


  • Fixed issue where the "[c]extra_wearables[/c]" block and keyvalues did not respect team colors


  • Fixed [c]set_dmgtype_ignite[/c] to work on all weapons


  • Fixed issue where "[c]show_in_armory[/c]" would not consistently apply


  • Fixed issue where disguised spies would be effected by player scale attributes


  • Fixed [c]mult_medigun_uberchargerate[/c] not working with the Rejuvenator


  • Fixed [c]mod_rocket_gravity[/c] not working with syringes and arrows


  • Fixed issue where [c]fuse_mult[/c] applied to all equipped weapons (#747)


Map Changes


  • Updated [c]vip_avanti[/c]:

    • Clipping improvements


    • Fixed several texture alignment issues


    • Fixed several visible nodraws and dev textures


    • Reworked the windows on Red's highground at Final


    • Reworked health and ammo around Final


    • Fixed misaligned spawn trigger at Red's final spawn


    • Fixed several small gaps in geometry around the fences at Final


    • Detailing adjustments around Final to improve player readability


    • Lighting adjustments around Final to improve player readability


    • Updated navigation mesh


Server Browser Changes


  • Reverted 21 player maximum for bumping servers

    • We did not see any noticeable improvement to seeding

  • Server browser will now put empty servers at the bottom when first opened


Shader Changes


  • Fixed an issue where ropes would not properly render (#752)
