[TF2C] TF2 Classified Authoring Tools 1.0.3 Update Released

An update to the Team Fortress 2 Classified Authoring Tools has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart the Team Fortress 2 Classified Authoring Tools. The major changes include:
