The deathmathc top 3 score screen (taunts)

While I was talking to one of tf2c's devs, I thought maybe the devs can put taunts in top 3 score screen in the deathmatch game mode.

originally the plan was to have the player be able to choose a victory animation for his merc if he won the number 1 spot. going to have to talk to the animator and see if this is still our goal
