The Sphinx goes for a fly by attack on Zanros, then sails back up 20 ft into the sky.

The next cultist is going to 5ft step up to Idessa and slash away (while flaming and taking a D6 of dmg)

From the reeds, Memsie remembers tricks that haven't been applicable in a long while. He hexes the cultist 5ft north of Idessa, attempting to put him to sleep. 18 Will save to not go nighty night. Also, cloud continues to stir and storm on Khabek. No non-lethal today.

The cultist fails the save and Memsie has put him to sleep, then was gored by a rhino and woken back up.
Khabek passes his Reflex and doesn't take damage this rnd for once he steps up and blasts more cold, it hits everyone but Aech (including cutlists, sphinx's and rhino's). Reflex DC 19 for half damage.

Khabek kills off each of his last 3 cultists, who explode in fiery deaths, the snakes of Fire attacking the last enemy that attacked them. Idessa needs 2 fort saves to not be blinded (DC 15) Memsie and Zanros each need one (DC 15). Since Mavruk was unconscious during that flash he won't have to make a save.
Zanros is up, if he's alive. Only Khabek is still standing for the cultists.

EDIT* The Rhino needs 2 fort saves to not be blinded as well
