Welp, the bracket has been picked, but I won't release it yet

And also, some changes due to the smaller roster:

1. There will only be 4 rounds, rather than the old 5, and only 15 match-ups.
2. The final round, King's Game, will be different from the rest of the tournament. King's Game will have 3 rounds, and the winner will be the best of 3.
