After reviewing the details, we have decided to deny your ban appeal.




From this response on the TF2C discord, you seem confused over (or just dismissive of) your ban reason, so I will elaborate. The log attached shows you used our report and /reply system to send messages to the team, repeatedly telling a staff member to "kys". On top of your previous infraction(s) of racism and staff harassment, also attached, this escalated your comms blocks into a permanent ban.
After this, you were logged attempting to evade your ban on another account, guaranteeing your permanent ban. Bans from evasion are ineligible for appeal as outlined in the server rules.

Even then, while bans that are older than 1 year are often considered for a second chance, the more recent VAC and game bans on your steam account (from this year) suggest that your behaviour is unlikely to have improved to the point we're confident you wouldn't be re-banned after this.

As such, you will remain banned for the time being. We encourage you to take some time to reflect on the actions leading to your ban, now you are reminded of them. You are welcome make another appeal in the future where it is evident that you have taken this time to think, and are unlikely to re-offend going forwards. (Perhaps in a few months, once the bans on your steam account are also over a year old?)

the latest vac ban was because of a small.. maybe not small anymore but it was small back then game, I got banned by their anticheat for having discord overlay and Spotify open. for that I can't do nothing. I messaged the staff and what not to no avail. as for the second chance, why wait for the most recent vac ban to be over a year old to give a second chance? I was banned for /report abusing (and apparently ban evading) after all, not cheating.
edit: as for the ban evasion, it was around that same time if I'm not wrong so that should also be acceptable after 2 and almost a half years

Rough, better luck next time I suppose, I get your frustration but it's probably not worth talking about it on the Discord as you might unintentionally dig yourself into a deeper hole.

Well, ban evasions aren't eligible for appeal at all, as per rule 6.

Exceptions are not unprecedented, but in those cases it's very clear to us that someone isn't going to be an issue any more. Sadly, there are just too many confounding variables in your case, plus you still sound dismissive of the actual reason you were banned.

That's why I am giving you more time to understand why you were banned and construct an appeal that feels more genuine. Any time frame was just a guideline, mind you.
