Reason for Ban Request: User abusing spectator mode to force an autobalance

Additional Comments: Over the last few months I've noticed this player repeatedly force an autobalance by moving to spectator so they can join the winning team - if you all keep chat logs I'm sure you'll find the other times where I've called them out. Really I'm only reporting it now because they keep doing it after so long.
