[Minecraft] Warning about Fillers

Just a heads up that fillers may have unexpected behaviour in flatten mode. They will clear EVERYTHING above them, even if you use landmarks to specify constraints on the Y boundary.

Server was fine, there's a bug in the filler operation when you use it to clear.
