well good news is i found the problem bad news is i may have to replace both vid cards which i dont have the money for

What about something like that. Seems cheaper than trying to replace both of your other cards plus it's a better card. Not sure what you have for a case or what would fit, but it's a PCI2 x16 like your others so I assume it would work. Not sure if the other is low profile or if you need that or not.
