what makes tf2c run fast for me?

i have an average pc that can run tf2 on max but with low framerate, this issue disappears in tf2c, what's the trick to it?

Simple, TF2C isn't as big. A game of TF2C will have half as many entities on screen as TF2, and the filesize will be microscopic by comparison. End result is that it loads faster, and no hats ruining your framerate.

It's the same deal with the older 2008 versions of TF2 for an example, TF2 used to be much better optimized but now the game is filled with cosmetics and a bunch of code which causes the performance to drop significantly.
