Xbox "Always Online" Requirement

Wondering where the rumor started, or maybe Microsoft actually did say they were doing it. Either way, I'm curious to see if they will change it at all. I figure if Microsoft wants to do it, it will be done.

This is the first video of his I actually like, I understand the whole character thing but I wish he would do more serious ones like this.

The rumor has been coming from the developers that have the dev consoles. The thing is I believe that the rumors are true because of what MS has been doing with the Xbox for the past year and half. MS has been focusing more on being the "Entertainment system" for people's living rooms and less on gaming and this is the next step. MS is doing what Sony did with the PS3 and it is going to kill the console, I'm not a big Sony person but from what I have seen so far they are the only company actually going after the gamer and giving what gamer's want. But I am waiting to see what they present because I really want the next Xbox to be a great gaming console and not a Roku that can play games.

Besides, when you think about it a console is only a dumbed down PC. Sure it's also dumbed down in price, but when you compare it to all the advantages PC gaming offers there's a clear choice to be made. Play a system where developers and gamers are free to do as they please, or play a system where a company controls all the choices?

Playing consoles for "exclusives" is like putting your dick in a meat grinder because when you go to the hospital the ER nurse is sexy, but you only get to see the ER nurse if you are admitted to the ER and the only way to get admitted to the ER is to put your dick in a meat grinder. WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU PUT YOUR DICK IN A MIND GRINDER IN THE 1st PLACE?!?!?!

I play on consoles because I sometimes like using a controller over a mouse and keyboard to play certain games. I also play console because a lot of my friends don't have the money to buy a PC that can run games or they have a Mac so consoles are the only way I can play with them.

or you know you save the money you spend on a console wait a year and then buy a pc or just install windows 7 over mac and tada :3 or they just deal with it as i agree with lonesome why buy a console for exclusives as for controllers well simple buy one that works on a pc as well and tada :3
