Know what grinds my gears? People that go "I'm a safe distracted driver" or "I can multi-task fine in the car".
That's exactly the wrong attitude to take. I'd have less of an issue with it if the risk of distracted driving was entirely your own. However, you are ALSO risking other people's lives, which are not yours to risk in the first place. Put down the F*cking phone/sandwich/donut/coffee/whatever.
I knew someone first-hand (pedestrian) who was KILLED by the one and ONLY car on the road because he was briefly distracted and changed lanes. Oh, and the pedestrian was finished crossing and had one foot on the sidewalk on the other side.
So, without any of that "I'm a safe distracted driver/it'll never happen to me" B.S., ask yourself this: "can you live with knowing your actions killed someone, and devastated their family?"
The Derps have defined this action as "pulling a Bender". As he does this all the time.You know what fucks over the night? (grinds the gears too)
People who decide "Hey, I wanna play a game that could potentially take an HOUR of my time, then leave 15 minutes in because I didn't have the time to spend".
I assume the same applies to Dota and LoL. Smite games tend to last 20-30 minutes MINIMUM. Longest game I've had was 96 minutes. So, if you don't HAVE the time to spend, please don't jump onto Smite.
you know what really grinds my gears?
when people call me out on not using certain words correctly or not using punctuation and think that they have to point it out in every detail it makes me wanna grab a brick and throw it in their faces for them being such assholes that they have to point it out :3
<srs rant>
Do you have any idea how awkward sentences with incorrect grammar are to read? It's like walking in the park, and suddenly face-planting a brick wall that appears in front of you.
Grinds my gears even more when they make responses like yours. when I point it out, I'm not trying to be elitist. I just want people to stop using ignorance/unwillingness to learn as an excuse for poor grammar. Mistakes happen, but don't call people assholes for trying to teach you the correct way to do something. If the mistake keeps happening to the point where you get annoyed by being corrected, then the source of the problem can be found in a mirror and not in the person correcting you.

You know what grinds my gears even more? Vintage replying to my post :3
but no the way i type mostly is because in order to use capital letters and proper punctuation i actually have to stop and think about it as to me it does not come naturally to use it as for me its already hard enough as it is to type without spelling errors due to my dyslexia and autism but hey who am i to whine atleast i can still type english even if its not with capital letters and punctuation on the fly like everyone else
