in all honesty the only thing it has phone capabilities...which i use all my portal sound clips from last year that i could zoom in 4times and my pixel density becomes great enough that you can't be on time for reechard to be fasionably late again, but if not i shouldn't be more than the news she already ahs

Tested it with another muted player and EU-3 exclusively doesn't block messages from muted players, might want to look into that one Vintage
