The Sphinx is hit with the net and is now entangled. It says speed is halved, and doesn't mention flying so I'm assuming it can still fly at half speed, unless you can find somewhere in the rules where it says otherwise (I couldn't). I will allow, even though it doesn't say in the entangling bolt description, that the bolt has a rope attached similar to a standard thrown net.

Zanros and Isal get healed, by Isal before these next attacks against them.

The cultist is going to hold until after his glorious leader plays, Khabek fires a blast of cold that hits everyone except Aech and Idessa with cold damage, reflex for half damage DC 19. It even hits his own Sphinx. Then 2 out of 3 cultists are going to fire a bolt a Zanros, while the other reloads.
